The Town of Cheverly’s Employee Check-In Survey opens on Wednesday, February 18 and will close on Friday, February 27.
The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete and is the first phase of our Employee Check-In process. Its goal is to better understand what’s working well and where we may be experiencing challenges that we can address.
The survey includes questions about:
Collaboration and teamwork, Leadership, Communication
Accountability, Sense of belonging, and the
Overall employee experience, including how external interactions may impact staff
All responses are confidential and will only be reported in summary (aggregate) form.
We are partnering with Quionna Allen of Caldwell Allen Consulting to help gather feedback, summarize themes, and support the Town in identifying clear priorities and next steps.
Please take a few minutes to complete the survey by February 27. Your feedback will directly inform what we focus on moving forward.
