Quionna Allen is the founder and CEO of Caldwell Allen Consulting, Talent Management Consulting firm that helps organizations attract, retain, and develop their people. Quionna has extensive corporate HR experience, and has worked in multiple industries including information technology, life sciences, medical diagnostics, insurance, and engineering. She has a passion for professional and personal development. At Caldwell Allen Consulting, their goal is to partner with organizations to deliver extraordinary results whether through improved strategies, more effective execution, or developing organizational capabilities. They gracefully combine curiosity, compassion, with a laser focus on outcomes. Quionna is a certified professional coach, certified 12 Week Year trainer, certified Predictive Index Partner, and holds a master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Tuskegee University.
